This high-efficiency 19.5 MW Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plant is equipped with two Wartsila 20V34DF thri-fuel generating sets and exhaust gas heat recovery boilers, designed for reliable industrial-scale power and steam production. The plant operates on natural gas (GAS), heavy fuel oil (HFO), and light fuel oil (LFO), providing exceptional fuel flexibility for utility, industrial, and independent power producer (IPP) applications.

Manufactured in 2021 and commissioned at the end of 2022, the power plant has accumulated approximately 20,000 operating hours since new. All operation and maintenance activities have been carried out exclusively by the Wartsila OEM service organization, ensuring that the engines, alternators, and auxiliary systems remain in excellent operational condition and close to new.

The plant is fully operational, immediately available for relocation, and can be load-tested for qualified buyers.

The scope of supply includes complete mechanical and electrical equipment capable of generating 19.5 MW of electrical power together with 9.5 tons/hour of saturated steam at 10 bar pressure. The package also includes original Wartsila-supplied crankshafts, complete 24,000-hour scheduled maintenance spare parts for both engines, dedicated safety spare parts, original special tools, and full technical documentation.
