A Trusted Partner in Used Power Generation Equipment
The story of JADE began in 2007 when JADE Trading Oy was established in Finland to specialize in the international trading of used industrial equipment, including power generation assets, petrochemical process equipment, and beverage production machinery.
Over the years, our focus increasingly shifted towards the power generation sector. As demand for high-quality used power plant equipment grew worldwide, we developed expertise in the valuation, sourcing, marketing, and relocation of complex power generation assets.
In 2015, the power business was separated into a dedicated company, JADE Power Plants OÜ, allowing us to focus on power generation equipment and energy-related projects.
Today, JADE Power Trading specializes in the international trading of high-quality used diesel and gas-fired power plant equipment. We work with some of the world's most respected manufacturers, including Wärtsilä, MAN Energy Solutions, Caterpillar and MWM.
Our roots in the power generation industry run deep. Through decades of experience in equipment sales, project development, and international business, we have built a global network of owners, operators, financiers, dismantling specialists, logistics providers, and end-users. This network allows us to identify opportunities that are often unavailable through traditional sales channels.
What truly differentiates us is our technical understanding of the equipment we sell. We know the history, operating and maintenance conditions, and market value of power generation assets. Combined with our direct industry contacts and transparent way of working, this enables us to provide practical and reliable solutions for both sellers and buyers.
As part of our next phase of growth, our operations are being consolidated under JADE Trading Oy in Helsinki, Finland. Following the consolidation, the company will operate through two specialized business divisions:
- - JADE Power Trading
- - JADE Beverage Trading
This structure allows us to strengthen our organization while maintaining the specialized expertise that our customers value.
