2011 - BioGas Power Plant MWM 2x400kWe / 50Hz with CHP for 90°C Hot Water

CHP Power Plant 800 kWe with 2xMWM TCG 2016V08 Gas Gensets 

Good condition and low operating hour 800 kWe / 400 V / 50 Hz combined heat and power (CHP) plant running on natural gas or biogas. The plant was delivered by MWM in 2011 and it operation was closed in 2021. Thermal energy is in form of hot water at 90°C and currently used for district heating purpose. Due to the low amount of biogas, cogeneration plant worked at low capacity (30-40%), and not around the clock. It has a complete gas treatment and mixing system to utilize biogas from landfilling which has 40 – 55 % of CH4. Power generators are installed in two soundproof containers, TEAM Evo WMW power plant control system and all electric switches and control cabinets are installed in separate control room. Heat recovery system is built next to genset containers. Both units have separate cooling radiators for engine cooling in case of no heat load.

• Generators  2 x Merelli MJB 355 MB4, 400 V / 50 hz, Cos fee 1.0, output 2 x400 kWe
• Gas train, gas mixer, voltage stabiliser, power factor controller, control unit and switchboard
• Exhaust silencer, exhaust gas heat exanger, engine cooling systems with plate heat exhangers for  pumps and radiator air-water coolers
