Wartsila 3.9 MW/50Hz Gas Generating Set 12V34SG with CHP Auxiliaries
This power plant was built by Wartsila in end of year 2010 and it was commissioned in 2011 as a turn-key project with heat recovery system for 10 bar steam production. Fuel used in this plant was normal natural gas fed from a local pipeline. The plant was operated till 2021 having total operating hours 43’767 till shutting down. Complete plant with step up transformer, lube oil system, control panels, and synchronizer panel, USP systems, operating monitors, MCC, start system and air compressors, HRCS for 10 bar steam, exhaust system, 6 kV Vacuum breaker with synchronisation, manuals and drawings. Plant is still installed, and electric power is still connected to all devices. Wartsila Service has made all scheduled services for this engine, last 40’000-hour service just 3000-hour prior operation closing in 2021.
