This Wärtsilä 18V32DF diesel generator set was originally supplied by Wärtsilä Finland in 2009 as a dual-fuel (DF) power generation unit. However, the plant was delivered without the equipment necessary for operation on gaseous fuels and has operated exclusively on Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO).

The generating set is powered by a Wärtsilä 18V32DF medium-speed engine coupled to a Leroy-Somer LSA 58 alternator, designed for 11 kV, 50 Hz electricity generation. The engine has accumulated approximately 42,000 operating hours. According to the available operating history, the most recent scheduled major overhaul was completed at approximately 41,000 operating hours, representing only 1,000 operating hours since the overhaul.

The power plant remains connected to electrical power, allowing prospective buyers to arrange a technical inspection and operational testing, subject to agreement with the seller.

Originally designed with dual-fuel capability, the Wärtsilä 18V32DF engine offers potential fuel flexibility. However, any conversion to natural gas or dual-fuel operation would require additional gas fuel equipment, associated control systems, and technical evaluation by Wärtsilä or another qualified engineering provider.
